Với mục tiêu tiến tới xây dựng các khối liệu có sự tham gia của tiếng Việt, dành cho người Việt và những ai quan tâm đến tiếng Việt, cần có các chuẩn về ngôn ngữ đối với tiếng Việt dành cho máy tính, các thể loại văn bản và tài liệu tham khảo cần thiết.
Năm 2013 là năm Nhóm nghiên cứu Ngôn ngữ học khối liệu (Việt Nam) tập trung giới thiệu trên weblog https://corling.wordpress.com/:
